Bidra med feedbackI absolutely adore this small, local pizzeria! My group and I arrived just after 4pm for an early dinner and we were so glad we did. It happened to be Wing Wednesday, so we indulged in some delicious Buffalo wings at a great price. The wings were perfectly crispy, hot, and juicy - definitely my new favorite local wings. We each enjoyed a couple of beers, sadly noting that Eagle Rock Brewing is closing. However, we were able to savor the last of their Hazy on tap. We also ordered two medium pizzas, making sure to have leftovers to take home, and they were absolutely fantastic. As a fan of sun-dried tomatoes, I always appreciate finding them on a pizza. Our awesome server Brendan made a point to let me know that they were included, carefully tucked under the cheese to prevent burning (delicious *chef's kiss*). The atmosphere was laid-back, likely due to it being a Wednesday afternoon, which we appreciated as we caught the end of the Dodger game. Brendan was incredibly friendly and genuine, a breath of fresh air. I'm grateful to have discovered such a cool spot, clearly connected to other restaurants in the area, where I truly feel like a welcomed local. Remember, pizza is amazing, so just be a good person and you'll be rewarded!
My daughter ordered the Angel Hair and Clams and found it to be very greasy and salty, so we ended up throwing it away. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan, and while the pasta was fine, I was not a fan of the chicken. The chicken seemed more like a frozen patty than a fresh chicken breast, which was disappointing. On the plus side, the customer service was good, as the guy who helped me pick up my order was friendly.
The food at this restaurant is exceptional, with excellent service. The build-your-own pasta option is magnificent, especially the Penne pasta with Alfredo sauce, mushrooms, bacon, and crumbled sausage.
The service is always amazing when Nicole is here! Fernando is great as well, very helpful when the servers are busy with other clients. I love the meatballs, the pizza and the lasagna. The only DOWNSIDE is that there's NO CIDERS OR DARK BEERS . But otherwise, it's a great place to meet with friends for some dinner.
This is not a review based around the food but the work environment that i witnessed during my time inside the dining area a while back Some things have been dwelling on my mind lately i felt it important to let it known Who I assume was the owner, was interviewing this lady nearby the lady was being fairly cordial, i assume it was a job interview, but the whole time this man was just very intense. This man 's questioning boils down to we are gonna work you hard, you better not be a bum was generally very intense in that, even going far enough to complain about lazy people not working hard enough for what is essentially a minimum wage job. Food was alright but this owner seems kinda demanding and cheap.
