Wawa - Glenolden

This used to be a great location. The all women staff were cursing and chatting with each other more than helping customers l. The cashier was not friendly and made no conversation. She looked annoyed. This place needs some order. I'd do a mass re-education on good customer service.

That's probably one of my favorite things. The staff is always so nice and friendly. The food is fairly fast prepared and you never wait very long to get your order. There is always a good selection of products.

This wawa allowed two people inside without masks on. When I asked them why they were not asked to leave the store for putting others at risk, they said ?well, we can?t really enforce it although they should be wearing them?. However, there?s at least 5 signs on the doors and windows indicating ?MASKS REQUIRED TO ENTER?. I know Delaware county doesn?t seem to have many intelligent or respectful residents, but if you?re entering a public indoors space, with other people around you who may be susceptible or have weak immune systems, it?s the right thing to do to just put on your mask for 5 seconds while you order your expensive, sub-par hoagie. Think about other people aside from yourself for even just 2 minutes a day. And disappointed in this Wawa for not caring about its customers.

Ok, everyone knows that this is a Wawa and what that means in terms of what is available. So what is so special about this Wawa? It 's not a Super Wawa and it doesn 't have gas pumps yet, for me, this is my favorite Wawa location, at the corner of Ashland Ave and MacDade Blvd. The staff and management should be commended for the fast, friendly customer service that they provide. They excell in all that they do. All employees and managers have each others backs and when there is a crunch, it 's all hands on deck. No matter what, the employees are jovial, helpful and friendly toward all. I stop in this Wawa location almost every day to get coffee, milk and on occasion, sandwiches or treats. If you are looking for a breakfast sandwich that isn 't available on the shelf, they will make one for you. If you want to alter the regular breakfast sandwich ingredients, no problem, they will make one for you. Nothing is too much trouble for them to accomplish for a customer. The other thing I notice about this location; the customers are almost as nice as the Wawa staff. People hold doors for each other and say thank you when something has been done for them that isn 't required. The customers here seem to me, to appreciate the working staff and each other. Many are regulars . I 'm sure that, through the course of the day, things aren 't always smooth sailing, but it sure seems that way whenever I visit the store. I have been in other Wawa 's in the area and they also do a great job but I find this particular location to be just a cut above the rest. I hope the Wawa Main Office recognizes that this is a very special location, made so buy the employees who serve here. Thank you folks who labor for my business. Hello, I have visited this restaurant several times, and while my last experience was a bit concerning, overall it was just average—nothing extraordinary. I did notice a few rude staff members, which could be attributed to a bad day. However, there’s a young woman who works there regularly who seems to be under the influence of something, and that is quite troubling.
