Horrible. I ordered 3 lattes and there was so much room on top, at least 2 inches. This is what I?m paying $5/drink for? No thanks.

I typically use the drive-thru for my weekend coffee, and it's nearly always a smooth experience. My only small issue is that I sometimes receive a cup that's overfilled, causing it to leak from a tiny gap between the cup and lid. By the time I reach my destination, I end up with a little puddle of liquid in the cup holder that I need to clean up.

I really enjoy the fresh coffee here! The croissant sandwiches and hash browns are delicious, and the donuts are incredibly fresh.

I had a terrible experience at Dunkin' recently. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but the coffee I received was very watered down. I addressed my concerns with a manager, who offered me a free coffee, but that’s not the main issue. The service needs improvement, and the quality of the coffee should be much better.
