Bidra med feedbackDefinitely one of my favorite places. This is a hidden gem. My favorite food here is spaghetti and pizza (as far as) I can not wait to try other items on the menu. The few times I visited, the food is some of the best I ever had! I recommend trying this place for everyone.
My grandmother, Rose Ardolino, lived in the north end of Boston, 'Little Italy'. Her parents were from Sicily. I remember cooking my grandma! spaghetti and meatballs, homemade bread immersed in homemade marinara, lasagna, Italian sausage, minestrone soup. I'm 58 and Grandma's gone by time. Ari 's Little Italy is the only place I've ever tasted Italian cuisine like Grandma 's. We make excuses to drive from Mena to Ari... It's my birthday. It's your birthday. It's the neighbor's birthday! It's Tuesday, etc. Great place, great people and great food! Mangia! (Means 'eat ' in Italian).
Large small salad, perfect house dressing, winding thinking of bread, little garlicky, buttery love knots, steaming eggplants Rollantini, perfectly scorched eggplants with spinach and ricotta cheese, side of delicate angel hair pasta with strong Alfredo sauce. With a love knot to catch every drop of leakage left on plate. Then... chocolate cheesecake.... dripping with darker than dark goose and whipped cream. Now roll me to the car and dream my way home.
Absolutely fantastic. Mindy, my waitress, was fantastic. I think I liked her more than the food, but wow! It's been years since I moved to Arkansas. I had the chicken piccata, one of my favorite dishes, and it was wonderful. The portions are great and the price is very fair. The house dressing was even extraordinary. Since I was in Glenwood on Saturday. I know where to eat.
The best Italian food anywhere. That's right. The best Italian food is in Glenwood, AR. Just try it.
