Bidra med feedbackI would rate this place zero stars if I could. Over the past month, I've visited this Tim Hortons around 6 or 7 times, always at 5:30 in the morning. Each time, they have failed to provide everything I've ordered; something is always missing or wrong. The coffee-to-milk ratio is terrible—it's basically a large cup of milk with just half a cup (125ml) of coffee. I ordered a steak and egg breakfast sandwich, and when they asked if I wanted bacon, I said yes. But when I got to work, I discovered the sandwich only had bacon and egg, and no steak. This place is really disappointing and needs better management; there’s a complete lack of attention to detail. I'm not asking for much—just getting the order right 8 or 9 out of 10 times would be nice. Right now, they’re 0 for 7. It's just awful.
I really enjoy the location and the service, but is it just me, or does Tim Hortons only make their menu available online when the stores are open? It's a small issue, but I can't help but wonder why that is.
The donut holes/Timbits were somewhat stale, and the icing was quite gooey. Nevertheless, we enjoyed them anyway, especially paired with some homemade Tetley Tea!
This is the worst timhortons I have ever gone to. They are more concerned about getting you through the driveway fast enough for their times rather then getting your order correct. I try to avoid going to this one because 9/10 they will mess up your order. I get people make mistakes but it has happened so many times. I also find them very rude and I don't think I have even gotten 1 friendly person take my order before. They act like they don't even wanna be there. Super frustrating when you pay money for something that isn't even correct or taste gross.
Unfortunately, standards at this location were below par.For the number of Tim employees (8) whether for training or for working the drive-thru, should not neglect the actual responsibilities of the Dine-in restaurant. Over half of the tables were dirty, needing to be wiped down. One person was in front of the front restaurant serving that looked overwhelmed and clearly didn 't get a break or back-up when line up was over 7 ppl?Our order, Turkey Bacon Club Potato Wedges, took 11 minutes. Okay.However, the then 8 customers after our order got serviced, including sandwiches hashbrowns? Noted issues with just Iced lemonade drink order for another Customer just after us to be told 5 minutes after ordering, that machine not working 100%...to change their order. 5 minutes?My overall observations Not impressed with your management of staff or organization of your store. This store needs a bump to actually meet Customer Service to Common Courtesy Sense.
