House Of Pizza - Gloversville

We had a turkey cranberry wrap that didn't have any cranberry in it. But it had a bug in it and we showed it to the waitress. Then I had myself a Reuben because they used to have good Reubens there. But this time it sucked. No sauce on the first one and when my lady friend change their mind and didn't want that turkey wrap that had bugs in it she decided to have a Reuben too. And her Ruben wasn't much better. And the worst part about everything was they never even offered the comp is for the nasty food. They won't be getting any more of my business.

I've been visiting House of Pizza for years and this restaurant never disappoints. The waitresses are always cordial and intuitively accommodating. The owners are mostly onsite and even came over to greet us. I love the house of Pizza.

UPDATE: water is free, they said they were crediting me back. Check your receipts! Make sure the total makes sense when you’re checking out because they are stealing your money. Just a quick heads up with my dinner I ordered a water, normal water without any lemons or limes, just plain water and was charged $3. I was told that regardless if you order a soda or water, there is a $3 beverage fee.

We order from here plenty of times for our staff. Especially during the times, we are in with places short staffed and them being extremely busy. We cannot complain at all. The staff members have always been very professional over the phone, we have our orders delivered and there has never been an issue. The food has been outstanding. Highly recommend!!!
