Not bad, cozy restaurant. Portions are small, and prices seem high as I don't eat out much, so maybe the prices are normal. Service was ok. I shouldn't be too critical of service staff as It's a tough job. Fries were cold. They forgot ingredients in my wife's meal. There is too much ice in the drinks, a couple of sips, and I was done with no refills.

We were looking forward to enjoying a nice breakfast at West Street Willy’s with friends from out of town. The menu looked great and clearly the restaurant was popular with a stream of people waiting to be seated. We were initially served coffee while we waited knowing service would be a bit slow because the restaurant was busy. Unfortunately, it took over 45 minutes for the food to arrive after being promised on four occasions it would only take a few more minutes. Finally, another staff member admitted that there was a very large take out order ahead of us this information would have been helpful to know far earlier so we could make the decision to eat elsewhere. Also, the information was delivered in a tone that signaled we were the ones being unreasonable. We didn’t appreciate the tone or the fact we had been misled about the delivery of our order. When our food finally arrived, it was lukewarm. It tasted ok but nothing that we would rate over and a other local restaurants. Overall impressions the food is average and it seems the restaurant gets overwhelmed to deliver both dine in and take out services to its customers, missing the mark on quality service and good atmosphere.
