Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant closed an hour earlier than usual, which was disappointing. Normally, the food and service are good, but it's frustrating that they closed at 9 PM when the sign on the door states a 10 PM closing time. This is unacceptable.
We recently dined at Mammoth and had an exceptional experience thanks to Sienna in April! Sienna was amazing, managing everything on her own and doing it flawlessly. It was a pleasant surprise to see such great service. I also want to thank April for going the extra mile and being patient with my lack of knowledge about the app. The team is wonderful, and the restaurant is always clean with fresh food. Kudos to the management for training such a fantastic crew that consistently delivers excellent service. We're big fans and truly appreciate the important details that make a difference in the hospitality industry!
We placed our order at 7:24 PM, and by 8:00 PM, some family members were able to eat their meals, but the app order was still not ready, and neither was the second order placed at the counter. Eventually, we decided to ask for a refund. We were informed that our meals were just a few minutes away from being completed, which we learned only in the last ten minutes of our wait. The staff was reluctant to issue the refund, but they eventually complied. Those of us who hadn’t received our food went to a nearby Red Rooster, where we were served by much friendlier staff, and our meals for three adults and one child were ready in just five minutes.
The service was good, but I wasn't impressed with the burger. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.
Every visit seems to make the food taste even better. The weekly deals offer fantastic value, and the bottomless drinks are a hit with the kids. There's really nothing to complain about. We look forward to dining here each week. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
