Chart House Golden

My husband brought me here for the first time, for my birthday dinner last night. Mathew our waiter was amazing, he made excellent recommendations and made sure our service was stellar. The husband and I are fine dining veterans, and Chart House checked all our boxes. The cocktails are delicious and fun, the wine complimented the food very well, and the dishes we delicious. The staff are all super friendly and attentive. The view we had from our table was incredible. We got to watch the lights in town flicker on during sunset. The restaurant is hip and trendy, with incredible views. I can't wait to sit on this patio during the summer. I'd like to remind all the people complaining about the cost, that it's not over priced, it's out of your budget. Honestly for the caliber of restaurant, the prices were fairly standard. Over all I couldn't be more pleased with my birthday dinner!

We started with a bottle of wine while Erin kept the conversation light and enjoyable. For our appetizer, we ordered mushroom bruschetta, which was delicious. Then, for our salads, I had the Caesar with generous pieces of cheese, while my husband enjoyed the kale salad with butternut squash. He absolutely devoured his dish and described it as a scrumptious salad—I managed to snap a picture just in time! For the main courses, I had Chilean bass and my husband chose mahi-mahi. We both agreed we had ordered quite a lot of food, and as a result, about 70% of my entrée is now waiting in the fridge for dinner tonight. For dessert, I had the mud cake, which was delightfully indulgent, while my husband had the pecan pie. Everything was excellent. Lastly, Erin was a skilled salesperson, and we decided to join the rewards membership. I’m already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you, Chart House!

Everything was delicious from the prime rib to the swordfish. Prices were fair for the ambiance, views and food quality. We will be back.

I haven't visited the Chart House in years, and they did not disappoint! From the friendly and attentive hostess to our fantastic server and knowledgeable wine expert, the experience was outstanding. The food was impeccable for all of us. I highly recommend taking the time to fully enjoy this wonderful experience. Thank you for a lovely evening out!

We always enjoy visiting this restaurant. The chocolate and bourbon cocktail was delightful, and the mahi was delicious. It's consistently wonderful every time, regardless of what I choose from the menu.
