Hardee's - Goldsboro

I ordered a Frisco burger and it had hair in it. My mother in law ordered a burger about three weeks ago and she had hair in her burger too. I called it in and the manager offered to make me another one but I declined. The thought of hair in my mouth again is disgusting. They need to make sure everyone contains their hair when preparing food. Other than that people are friendly and service is fast.

I made it 35 mins til breakfast ended and wanted a busiquit and gravy and a breakfast platter for my husband. After I get up to pay they til me they are out of gravy and not making any more for 1 customer. They were rude. Went to another hardees few days later got a bacon cheese burger and asked add mayo and ketchup no tomatoes onions etc. They put so much mayo and ketchup that the bun was soggy. Not good service at all

This restaurant is great. The manager here makes sure that the long straws fit the large drinks, unlike other places that don't provide them for the drive-thru. How are you supposed to put an 8-inch straw into an 8-inch cup and drink? It's just silly.

I enjoy dining at this restaurant, but I have experienced some frustration with the way they sometimes mix up their burgers, hot ham and cheese, and pancakes. The staff could work on being more friendly and the bathrooms could be cleaned more regularly. The location is convenient and well-designed. I visited again on Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful and helpful staff. The food was well-prepared and served in a box, which made it difficult to mix.
