Bidra med feedbackHonestly, why do others even bother? This is, without a doubt, the best BBQ sauce in the world.
I kicked off the barbecue season on Father's Day in Cape Cod, MA with this sauce, and it was absolutely delicious on country pork ribs!
I discovered Scott's BBQ sauce at a supermarket in Fayetteville. I smoked a 9-pound pork butt, applying a dry rub before starting, and cooked it at 275 degrees for about nine hours until it reached an internal temperature of 200 degrees. I generously basted the pork with Scott's sauce every hour. After letting it rest for half an hour, it pulled apart beautifully and was perfectly moist. I served it with slider buns, coleslaw, dill pickle chips, and extra Scott's sauce on the side. My friends in Florida, who typically prefer tomato-based sauces, gave me rave reviews. I was really impressed!
