The woman outside the orders was not only rude to me today, but she made my order and gave me the hottest wings you can get instead of the BBQ wings I ordered. I didn't do anything to earn this kind of treatment. I'm going to tell everyone I know not to eat days here because of the terrible customer service. Call companies in this store.

I usually go to this Zaxby on Friday and eat. Great service and food every time! Yesterday, 2 workers opened every door for me and greeted me in. It was a long morning at work, so I appreciate it. You all keep the good work!

They've been coming here for years and always got a good service, but today they finally messed me up. I have a grilled fly on my toast. They had to throw away three dishes because nobody wanted to eat them after they saw my plate, they had toast.
