Kyle's Kitchen Calle Real - Goleta

Delicious Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I don't eat Mayo like that for an aioli. The spices in bread were still fantastic. I also loved the possibility of replacing the bread with a salad pack. Can wait to try more from their menu items.

Not much chicken for a $16 salad, taste was good, salad seemed fresh

The salad I ordered was wilted and dressing had been thown in and leaked all over. There really does not seem to be any oversight over the teens working there. The staff were all goofing off as if nothing else mattered. I saw a young guy throw a glass of water onto his girlfriend at the entrance and then chase her around the outdoor seating. I am wondering if this lack of management presence explains the decrease in quality of the food I have been receiving past three visits. Not sure at this point if I will recommend or return. Sad because it is a nice concept but quality has shifted dramatically.

Kyle 's Kitchen in the Fairview Center is good! I was kind bummed that they took away one of my fave burgers, but they did go out of their way with an unconventional ask. I wanted a burger without the bun protein style . The cashier didn 't think it could be done, but he went back and asked just the same. It was a good burger, but I miss the Fire Engine burger with the crispy, thin onion rings on the top. What I really like about Kyle 's is they care about the community they are in. They give tons of money to worthwhile charities in the Santa Barbara /Goleta cities. They 're amazing!

Regarding service, it was quite prompt; our food came out quickly, but they did forget my drink twice. That’s an area they definitely need to improve. However, Ruben, the second cashier, made things right by offering us cookies to make up for the inconvenience. The first cashier provided good food recommendations, and the busser delivered excellent service, even getting me a to-go box. As for seating, there are both booths and tables inside, and plenty of outdoor seating. Indoor seating wasn’t available during COVID, but now there’s ample space. Amenities include a very clean restroom and plenty of free parking. There’s also free Wi-Fi available, and they play music indoors, adding a nice touch to the ambiance.
