Starbucks - Goleta

Very nice, clean, friendly, all hot and as expected.

Look, I get these employees are overworked but the service was still trash. My mom and I ordered then waited thirty minutes for all the other mobile orders to be handed out first. Kept checking in on our drink order just to find out someone else took them. So unorganized and hectic. They either need more workers, which the big daddy Starbucks can supply, or just need a better system in place to get the drinks out in an orderly fashion. Fr was disappointed and I'm a classic white girl in love w Starbucks so you know this was hard to write.

I went to this Starbucks and I got a bagel. She didn't ask me if I wanted cream cheese with it and of course I do.. I mean it's a bagel? So I went up and asked for cream cheese. She told me I have to pay .50 cents for it? So I had to pull out my debit card and put .50 on it. I don't know, I understand that it costs money for everything but she never asked me if I wanted it prior and I think that was just a little rude for her to charge me for it afterwards.

Not much of a coffee drinker (sorry), but I love our local Starbucks bc I can run in and get a quick,healthy snack to eat from their case lots from which to choose. Great patio, too! Always see locals chatting away with friends.

Give Rick a raise! Helpful, kind and so good natured. Seems interested in each customer. He provides a way better experience than I get at most Starbucks.
