La Lanterna - GOLFO ARANCI

A place favoured by locals, this restaurant was one of the better ones we visited in Golfo Arinici. Rather chaotic but well meaning service and good honest food, with the Vulcano pizza a highlight. Not much to look at from outside but the quality of the food and value for money very decent.

Popular local restaurant, if the never-ending queue for take-away is anything to go by! Plenty of Italians eat here so should be a good sign. Reasonably priced, you can get an excellent pizza for under €10. Service was friendly and helpful, recommended.

Superb food from start to finish. The pizzas are of exceptional quality and the rest of the menu was good as well. We've been 3 times already in a few days whilst staying nearby amd I'm sure we will be back again... The prices are fair, service is good and you see plenty of locals. That in itself is a good sign. Located just on a side street near Terza spaggia and well withing walking distance from most Golfo Aranci Hotels
