Chick-fil-a - Gonzales

One of the nicest Chick-Fil-A locations that I’ve been to. It has drive thru, curbside and pick up that is separate from the regular dinning area. Very nice indeed.

We ordered 2 fried chick sandwiches deluxe. The chicken was dark brown and tasted like they were refried. Oily not the chicken we expected

Food is always fresh however, every single time I come here my order is wrong. I order grilled nuggets and I get fried, not given drinks, missing salad dressings or the nuts that go with it, missing entire salads, my order is never right on the ticket either so I have to add at the window and it still gets given to me wrong afterwards. I’m so frustrated.

Food is great and the Service even better but the poor employees in the freezing cold.

Great service every time. Sandwiches are very good, but could be bigger. Waffle Fries were cold and not very fresh… We will come back!
