Little Caesars Pizza - Gonzales

I put up a job here and I'm supposed to be ready at 10:30. I sat on the parking lot for 30 minutes and nobody showed up. The store is still closed. I'm currently trying to get in touch with someone from the customer service because my order has been paid. I have a team of people waiting at noon and I had to go somewhere else. Typically they are my way to pizza, but due to my line of work and the tight schedule this is not acceptable.

I ordered a Detroit-style pizza, in the first bite I tasted raw dough, we couldn't eat it

Ordered delivery through door dash from here. When it was supposed to arrive they canceled my order. I noticed to pending charge on my bank account expecting it to disappear in a few days. It went through today. They don?t answer phone. Two customer service numbers I called also won?t answer the phone or call me back. I won?t be ordering from them n the future????

I went right around noon. They didn't come to the window so I had to park and go inside. When I got inside I had to wait for them to tend to the window before they tended to me. I was debating on posting this because I know the guy working was going the best he could. It was one worker in the back and one in the front in the middle of lunch rush. Seems to me like they need more workers to help alleviate the stress those workers have to deal with. I feel bad for the employees.

Came through drive-through asked for a three meat pizza I watched him take it out of the warmer when I got home it was obvious that it had been sitting in the warmer for hours it was very difficult to eat. My husband ate several pieces because he was hungry and it was storming outside and I couldn?t get them on the phone. So finally when the rain slowed up I took the rest of the pizza up there she said well I can?t do anything about it because it?s half eaten but I let her know beyond any doubt that they should not let the pizza sit in warming for ever just until you sell it . I said I couldn?t even get you on the phone so our phones don?t work. I?ve had pizza from them before many times and it?s been good but this one was terrible it was the worst thing we?ve ever eaten and the little manager didn?t seem to care about doing anything about it
