Bidra med feedbackNO PROFESSIONALISM HORRIBLE SERVICE I ordered online today at 11:41am 12/6/23, accidentally ordered for pickup. At confirmation of order realized it, immediately called at 11:46am and paid the extra for delivery and confirmed address. Was told that order has been changed to delivery and it would be 30 40mins. At 1:00pm, no pizza. I called again, they said it was not changed and you have to pick it up because I cannot change it . Explained that I could not, and asked what happened. No explanation from the lady, and did not care. She did not try to resolve the issue and did not want to be bothered. After seeing her inadequacy to provide ANY customer service. I requested a refund. She stated, I will refund you, have a nice day and CLICK/hung up on me. No name, no amount, no confirmation etc. I immediately called back and received a complete attitude from her. She refused to give me her name and now stated that she needed my card to refund. So I asked how she was going to refund me on the previous call without my card before hanging up on me. This just fueled the fire and she kept trying to speak over me and would not listen. She again REFUSED to give her name. I finally stated that I did not trust giving her my card info and would call corporate to get my refund. That is exactly what I did. I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again! I believe some hospitality and customer service etiquette is much needed at this location!
When I’m in the Gonzales area this place has become my favorite place to order food from. You can order pretty much anything from the menu and they will cook it to perfection. If Corporate reads this, please keep this crew happy. The Management and Employees here is always Professional, Fast, and the food is always fresh.

They need to close this trap house all the way down. We ordered never got our pizza. Called they said they had no drive. Then hung up. Called back she said it was picked up 15 minutes ago. I live like 5 minutes away. She hung up again. Called back and she said they called couldn't find the house which is a lot my phone never rang. They need some manors and some common sense. If my pizza would have showed up I would have taken up there and slapped them in the face with it. Call the regional office they wanted to give us coupons for next. Ain't gonna be a next time. They are terrible and that woman on the phone needs to get her **** straight before someone beats her with a pizza.
I hadn’t ordered from this location in awhile. I gave it another try and was reminded very quickly as to why I made that choice sometime ago.Curbside pickup is a complete joke! I had to go INSIDE to get my CURBSIDE order. You are told to call the store when you arrive. However, you’re forwarded to a general customer service line when calling, who are no help at all with contacting the actual store.ALSO, my order was INCORRECT and all of my food was cold as if it was very old and had beer sitting in a warmer for an extended period of time.I received 2 medium pizzas on original crust instead of the PAN crust that was paid for and my cheese bread was old, cold and dark! I am very disappointed in this store.
