Bidra med feedbackI'm really upset after receiving my order. The piece of chicken and the popcorn shrimp were both tiny. I honestly feel like I wasted my money. For $13.98, I expected more; it should have only cost about $5 given the size. This is the second time this has happened.
I suggest closing this location if you're unable to hire competent staff! The employees were rude; I walked to the back of the store with my card, and when I asked for it back, I was met with attitude and had to wait for them to retrieve it. To top it off, now I have to get a new card. I wouldn’t recommend coming here!
I went inside to place an order, and usually there’s a friendly manager who is very helpful. However, the person working tonight didn’t want to take orders inside, even though there were people dining in. I wanted to place multiple orders, but she told me that I could only do one in the drive-thru. It felt like she just didn’t want to assist me at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, especially if the nice manager isn’t around.
The food was great but they have severe managerial problems and no one would wait on customers in the lobby. Don't go inside, go to the drive up only
Two separate occasion. experience exactly the same. Both times I ended up just leaving you cannot get service at the drive-through window you cannot get service at the counter. He will not be acknowledged either place. The service is hands-downthe absolute worst! I sat in the drive-through with two cars ahead of me for 20 minutes. Left came back decided to go into thelobby those two cars were still sitting there. I went inside to the counter no one looked at my direction I stood there for 10minutes before I simply left. One young lady was waiting in there for her order for so long she was falling asleep. I watchthem work just moseying along like there?s no sense of urgency to get a persons order in and taken care of. Literally literallyliterally taking their own precious time in oblivion. No sense of customer satisfaction with regard to being time attentivewhatsoever. NONE! No ma?am I?ll be right with you just a moment. No welcome to Popeyes I?ll be with you in just a moment. Andthose workers don?t understand why Popeyes may be the best that they?ll ever get for the rest of their lives. I can see why theyare at Popeyes. Attitude goes a long way with business. And if you can?t do any better at a fast food restaurant then you cantmake it anywhere. Shame on you. But you wanna be paid college grab money for unskill labor. You want to be paid. The nerve tofeel entitled to more while giving that kind of service. They will argue with you be ready to fight with you and everything elseat that Popeyes on airline highway. I was there when a lady and a daughter got cussed out by the workers at that Popeyes onairline. No company that values customer satisfaction is ever going to hire you! EVER!
