Bidra med feedbackI waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes without anyone taking my order or even acknowledging me through the speaker, despite my attempts to get their attention by saying hello multiple times. This is not the first time I have experienced long wait times in this drive-thru. If they cannot handle both dine-in and drive-thru orders simultaneously, they should consider closing the drive-thru and focusing on dine-in service only.
The dining area is closed and the drive-thru line is always at a standstill. It's clear they don't have enough staff, so they shouldn't keep the store open. I'm finished with this Burger King location. Next time, I'll drive to a different one. The wait time there will still be better than the 40 minutes I spent waiting at this location!
I had planned to eat inside the restaurant, but after waiting for 5 minutes with no staff in sight except for one person at the grill and another on a headset, I decided to drive around to the drive-through. Unfortunately, the person at the drive-through could not understand my orders, so I ultimately decided to go somewhere else.
I like the impossible hepper. I have the app, so hopefully I could save some money with good-shoes, as the impossible hurensohn is so expensive. Unfortunately they don't take coupons from the app. so I tried another location close to that which also does not take coupons from the app. I uninstalled the app.
This burger king should close each time I go, they never have pommes or ice and as if I never come again, I could give it 0 stars.
