Little Caesars Pizza - Goodyear

These are the worst little ceasars I had with me, I don't know what they have in front of them, but they need to be more organized and clear, more people have to hire to do the job. I only left 1 star because I had to give one to the commentary. I usually don't leave a bad exam, but this required it. I ordered my pizza online at 7:45 clock I showed at 8:35 my pizza was not done I waited in loading for 45 minutes to tell someone to me, we need to make the cheese pizza yet. then I went 10 minutes later into the counter and they had neither pizza, so they needed to order at once again. just to be clear, it's 9:25 and I'm still here. I am angry and will not come back to this place.

I ordered before the time through the pizza portal when the time said my order was done. at the arrival my order was not even made and had to wait 40 minutes for my order. many people waited for more than an hour for their order and were upset to ask for refunds. perhaps a coordinated system must be set up and the staff must be more customer service oriented. they need to open another location.

Large customer service also after 30 minutes before closing. respectful and even the pizza brought to us when we were out!

Never order at this place. they never have the pizza ready in time. they don't answer phones and hide in the back to not deal with customers. this place needs a lot of improvement and more personal. we will never get pizza from here again.

Placed an online order for 19 pizzas on a Saturday they were able to accommodate the order on time. Come to find out, they had received multiple 20+ pizza orders that evening were still able to crank the orders out on top of all the walk-ins. Great friendly staff!
