Bidra med feedbackThe quality of service has really gone downhill at this place over the last year or so. I've always enjoyed eating at Rudy's as I've traveled through Texas and New Mexico and Arizona since I first discovered it 20 years ago. I've been coming to this location in Goodyear, since it opened, mainly for breakfast tacos, or breakfast bowl. I just ordered a breakfast bowl and specifically said I want a Rudy's beans and of course the idiot girl wearing the mask at the cash register gave me refried beans! It shouldn't be that hard to listen to what the customer says and get it right. I think I'm gonna start going elsewhere for breakfast when I'm in this direction. The part that most disappointing is, I know the general manager is been the same person since the place first opened as you commonly see him walking around here helping and keeping an ion things. I know it's a difficult labor market, but to me, this goes back to training.

I recently placed an online order for curbside pickup at Rudy’s BBQ for my family. Unfortunately, my order was incomplete. Despite requesting extra condiments and bread, neither were included in the order. It was disappointing to discover these omissions after driving home. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
The green chili stew was just a bunch of mushy vegetables, where I couldn't even discern what I was eating. I first had Rudy's over 20 years ago. This is NOT the original recipe. Maybe they can pass it off on people who don't know what it can be and should be, bit I think it's a bit shameful at the corners they have cut in the preparation of their stew. I used to brag about it, as I thought it was revolutionary to used smoked meats in a stew. Speaking of which, there used to be chunks of meat in the stew. Now you're lucky to find a few discernable strands of meat fibers in your stew, but only if you look really hard. Disappointed to say the least. Rudy's don't forget what got you here.
