Bidra med feedbackNormally I don't have an issue but tonight I ordered online spent $75 for half of my food to be missing Noone available to answer the phone and cold food at this point. If you are packing to go orders why not check the ticket..... So now I'm wasting more gas more money for what..... Not to mention having to load up 4 kids once again at 8 at night. Thanks kfc.
Not able to go in and eat in the dining room. So we went to the one in ladson and we can eat in the dining room either. With the high prices of going out for fast food I like to sit and enjoy my food in the din room. But you all know the high prices of fast food I can just go somewhere else pay the same thing plus tip and enjoy my meal at a another establishment.
They forgot to add the chicken to our famous bowl. Don't know how you forget the chicken at kfc.
6:30 pm Saturday evening. The dining room was closed. Went through the drive through, and proceeded to order. Only original, no crispy. Nope that's not what we came to get. Very disappointed. Wanted chicken ? dinner and could not get it. Wanted crispy wings. Such a sad state. I watched the person in front of us, leave also.
So disappointed in KFC in Goose Creek, SC. 1. When placing your order through intercom the person continually cuts you off while you are placing order (very rude). 2. Either the employees don't know the difference between white or dark meat or they simply do not care, you get what they give you getting the right sides or the right number of sides is just not going to happen. 3. Biscuits are extremely over cooked. 4. The Logo light outside has been out for months. I wouldn't be surprised if this store ends up closing since no one cares to work do a good job. So sad.
