I paid for large strawberries and cream freeze andthe new twists. I didn't get my beverage or the new twists but was instead given regular cinnamon twists and no beverage. Boy im hott right now. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Ruined my lunch, gave me someone else's food. Didn't apologize. Finished all their orders before fixing mine, wasting most of my lunch. Then the cheese on the quesadilla I ordered wasn't even melted and there was no sauce in the bag. You guys failed at every aspect of your job and by your rating it seems like that is the average experience. Meal type: Lunch

There's a manager under the name Brianna, she's one of the most unprofessional workers I've ever met. I came ready to order and she stood on her phone for at least 5 minutes before she went back for another 5-10 minutes. Then she took my order wrong and had an attitude to tell me it was my fault, I apologized and gtfo asap.. I suggest you monitor her work ethics over the cameras.. I also think she was a manager, but I couldn't do the way she was acting - very aloof. I've been working in fast food for five years, so I just don't understand the mentality. I won't come back here so often.
