Bidra med feedbackThe food here is outstanding, especially the seafood. The owner is a wonderful person who really knows how to cook. I tried takeout for lunch, and it was definitely worth it. The price per person ranged from A$20 to A$40, and I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at a 5. I highly recommend the Calamari Rings, Fish Cocktails, Calamari, Prawn Cutlets, and Chips.
I placed a phone order and clearly stated and spelled my name, but they still got it wrong. I ordered a large fries, scallops, and fish, repeating my order three times. However, the order didn't include the fries. They did correct this when we arrived. The food itself was good, but the whole experience was quite frustrating. Food: 4 Service: 1
**Avoid This Place on Good Friday!** I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Earlier in the day, I called to inquire about the latest time we could place an order, concerned about ordering too late for them to clean up before closing. I was told that the cutoff was 6:45 PM, as they close at 7 PM. However, when we tried to call multiple times starting at 6:30 PM to place our order, their phone was off the hook. Frustrated, we went to the restaurant at 6:40 PM, and although they were still open, we were told they weren’t accepting any more orders and had disconnected the phone. I would understand if this situation had not been prearranged, but I had specifically reached out to ensure we’d have enough time to place our order. This is not good customer service. After my daughter-in-law referenced our earlier phone conversation at 3:05 PM, they still dismissed us, saying they wouldn't take any more orders. This is no way to treat loyal customers. If this was the manager's decision, I would like the opportunity to discuss it with them. This restaurant should have been better prepared for Good Friday rather than inconveniencing customers. I won’t be returning in the future.
Love your fish cocktails. We go out of our way to come here to buy them. Worth the drive! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
CELIAC-DO EAT from this shopall food containing gluten and that is gluten free is all cooked on same hot plate/grill etcspoke to Kelly in shop she just screamed at customersshe claims she’s a qualified head chef and cooking food kills gluten (how embarrassing to be a chef and say this out loud) also spoke to Mark (owner of shop) he was just as rude as Kelly, they claim they been doing gluten free same way for 7-8years and are associated with Celiac society and they know what they doingthis way of cooking food for someone with celiac is very dangerous
