Went to cookout today sat at the window waiting for my food for a good ten minutes, mind you i got a corn dog tray with cheese bites and a chicken wrap. i’m getting really irritated at this point. the rude girl at the window says what we’re your two sides? are you kidding me?! i ask for a refund after that and she says i’ll have to get my manager at this point i just drove off bc i was about to be very ugly. NEVER again cookout Service: 1

So disappointed. 2 wrong orders in one trip! I get it's dinner time, but to get a completely different burger in one tray and after asking for and being repeated no slaw on the BBQ sandwich it was crammed in there to the point it was overflowing. I have a slight allergy to mustard so imagine my surprise when I get home open it and my wrong burger has a lot of mustard on it. Since the parking lots too small to pull over and check the order and I didn't think a set menu item would be completely wrong, I didn't check it at the window. I'll go to Mebane from now on. First time stopping at this cookout. This time instead of burgers we chose grill chicken sandwiches fries. Delicious they used a lightly flavored mayo mustard honey sauce.
