Denny's - Graham

Never got past the Please Wait to be Seated sign. We stood there about 10 minutes waiting for the start of service while watching the staff laugh and talk on their phone, as the other person working told us that they were closed. This was around 10:30pm, which made me wonder this: 1- WHY aren 't these hours of operation POSTED for guests to see? 2- Why were the entrances STILL open if you were, if fact, CLOSED for the night....and 3- Why was it so funny to them that we weren 't going to be served? They actually didn 't want to give any explanation or give us the closing hours. One girl just walked away from us, while the one doing the talking just kept that smirk on her face. Needless to say, we promptly left and I seriously doubt I will patronize Denny 's again. At least at this location. Management needs to address this ASAP. No telling how many others have experienced such behavior and not said a thing. If there were less than a star, they certainly deserve it. The food service industry is getting sorrier by the minute.

Horrible experience!!!!! Didn't even get to eat and definitely will not go there again!!! Was there with my daughter and her friend. The sign said (wait to be seated) so we waited. Was a girl that worked there looking at us and talking on her cell phone really loud. She continued to talk on her phone while we were standing there. Then a man walks in and waits beside us. She is still on her phone and looking at the man waiting as well. Then all of a sudden she is going to say that they are closed. It was only 10pm. Do better!!!!!

I'm standing here now at 12:15am.. all the lights are on someone is washing dishes in the back. I said hello and someone shouted we are closed.. so no they are not open untill 1am. They are open untill they decide to shutdown. If I was the owner I'd terminate the manager for allowing this to happen. If your short staffed then adjust your times shutdown at 10. Whatever. But yall post your open till 1am be open till 1am. I'll try again some other time.
