Domino's Pizza - Grain Valley

Absolutely ridiculous; I ordered the delivery at 20:30. an hour later, no pizza. I called the local load and was informed that they didn't have a driver. when I asked why someone took my order for the delivery, they went the blame to a call center. I was told if you want to eat, you have to get it. that is a direct citation. oh, and it was obviously also my fault because they allegedly called me a speech message and left me to inform me about the problem. I did not get a voicemail in the did. also I will add that this is not the first time that I had a problem with this special business. the time before I have put a command for the delivery, only to arrive and say that no one showed up for their shift and it would be almost two hours if I wanted to wait. Maybe if they would pay their employees better, someone would work for them. not to have a shipper on a Friday night is quite indicatiw for bad management.

My definition of a perfect Dominos pizza is much different than Ultimate's. I like my pizza with pepperoni on every slice.

I ordered a pizza and waited for 45 minutes, even though I was told it would be ready in 1-2 hours. I decided to cancel my order and went to Pappa Murphy's instead.

More than an hour to receive my order wings are terrible and the pizza was right. from the number of states they realize they don't care about them.

I have had problems with my orders from this restaurant twice. They offered to reimburse me for my time, but the cost ended up being more than my original order. I decided to order again using a gift card, but I received a call saying there was no delivery driver available and that I may not get my gift card balance back. When I called again today, I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes with no response from anyone. I used to order from here frequently for myself and my family, but I no longer have confidence that my orders will be fulfilled or that I will be reimbursed for issues that were not my fault as a customer.
