They don't pay attention to what is being ordered by the customer. A SWEET tea is not the same thing, nor is it an acceptable substitute for UNSWEET tea. And it shouldn't take 25 minutes to make ONE drink. I'm leaving a bad review because we get the same service every time.
I will never go back to this location worst experience.
I have called 4 times with no answer. I ordered my food and my food was cold and on top of that my chicken snack wrap had two small shreds of lettuce and a piece of chicken. Not at all what was advertised.
Bad food even for a sonic. Doesn’t have a phone have to call corporate to get a refund. -10/10 would not do again.
