Tiger Belly Noodle - Granby

Absolutely ah-mazing! Bao buns 10/10 KFC wings 10/10 Gyoza 10/10. For our mains we had the blackened ramen, it's more of an authentic healthy ramen but once you start to eat it it gets better and better. We also had the pho with brisket, all the fixings come in the broth (mungbeans, cilantro and basil. Wish it came with lime on the side) It was freshly made and the broth was so rich and delicate. For drinks we had the Bangkok hot tea, such a nice and soft flavor. Excelent. Lastly very fairly priced. This is a hidden gem!!! Don't walk, run to this cute restaurant!

I've gone twice, and each time there was something wrong. The first time, the ramen was delicious. I got the darkness ramen with some spice. Very flavorful. I also ordered a lavender lemonade ? From the description I was expecting a house made sweet drink. It turned out to be a bottled drink with barely any flavor and it was expired. The second time I went, my friend and I got a very little amount of broth and the noodles were cold. Our meat was also very fatty. We were going to say something to the server when she returned but she never did until it was time for the check. So we just ended up eating it because we were so hungry but the service and the food that day disappointed us. We drove over a half hour to have the ramen. It's tasty stuff, but there has to be some consistency.

Minimalist decor and bottled drinks had me thinking I was in for a mediocre meal but I was absolutely wrong. The sushi was amazing. The fish was extremely fresh buttery, the rice was perfect and the rolls were well crafted and full of flavor. The darkness ramen bowl was incredible as well. TIGER BELLY! The flavors in the food here is absolutely stunning and I'm so glad we decided to stop by and try them out! Staff was super helpful and friendly. The bao buns were the best we've ever had, and everything else was amazing. Definitely will be back again in the future! Kid-friendliness: Our waiter was extremely patient and kind with our kiddos.
