Culver's - Grand Blanc

I have been to this Culver’s multiple times in the past year and every single time it has been an amazing experience. The food is always so fresh and comes out promptly. The employees are always so kind and helpful. Shout to Tyler at register, who is always patient, kind and helpful when I come in!

I have yet to have a bad experience here! I don't stray too far from the handful of usuals, but they get it perfect every time! Great Food, Great Team! I love hearing the banter from behind the registers!

The food was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant was clean, and everything was delicious! If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would!

The woman at the counter seemed to have an attitude about my request. She hesitantly asked whoever was in charge, got approval, and returned with the extra toppings in a plastic cup with a lid. I thanked her, but she handed it to me without any acknowledgment or even a "you're welcome." I walked away, trying to brush it off. Culver's is known for excellent customer service, but unfortunately, I didn't experience that during my visit to this location.

The meat was overcooked and had too much char, so I had to cut off the edges of both patties.
