Freakin' Unbelievable Burgers

This woman has disgusting customer service skills and sets a horrible example for the rest of the staff who think it’s okay to be rude to customers. I learned this is a franchise and the owners clearly do not care who they have employed. Don’t know if it’s racism or misery but I would never visit this location it’s not worth it.

Ordered an All Day Brunch Burger and it was awesome! I would go with a single over the regular next time (light eater). The fries were on point as well. The gentlemen behind the counter was helpful and courteous.

Stopped at ‘Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers’ after having enjoyed their fare in the past. The special they had listed sounded good, but one topping I could not eat due to health issues. I asked to have it removed, the woman taking my order insisted that I needed to order a custom (which cost more) and refused to remove the one item. This ended up being an unnecessary, and absurd amount of trouble for something that effectively *saves* the business money since they would be omitting an item, not *adding* it. The idea that these people would wish to charge someone more to *remove* one item is beyond the pale. I’ll never go back, and anyone considering visiting this place needs to make sure that they don’t have any health issues/allergies associated with the toppings used, because they WON’T accommodate you, and they’ll penalize you for removing the item you can’t have.

We have a family of 5 and everyone was happy and eating I cant say enough this place is awesome. We were blown away by how the food, service, and price. We ate here for cheaper than at a chain fast food joint. This is really a place to come over and over.

Called and spoke with GM about transferring my order or canceling the order due to MY error.. She proceeds to try to guilt me over the food in her window. I apologized and said her location is 20 minutes away. Her response, Well now we loose the money and the food. Thanks for the understanding. Not gonna get the sandwich from that location or any others. Good day to you lady, whomever you may be at the Grand Blanc location. I shall not cost you or any of your locations another dime.
