The cakes and cupcakes here are truly incredible! My husband and I worked with this bakery for our cupcakes and our small cutting cake for our wedding and could not have been more pleased! Our guests all commented on how amazing the cupcakes were (we had the champagne, the chocolate lovers, and the German chocolate) and several guests told us the next day they couldn't stop at just one trip to the cupcake table! The prices were incredibly affordable and they did an incredible job setting them up so that the cake table looked absolutely lovely! My husband and I also stopped in with my parents a few days after the wedding to try the crepes that we had heard so much about and they really were amazing! I strongly recommend anyone having a wedding in the Grand Rapids or grand haven area to check them out or if you are in the area, don't leave without stopping in for a cupcake! You won't regret it!!

What a wonderful location that accommodates small parties, dine in desserts or a Cupcake for the road. Have something special in mind? They will take care of your dessert ideas with a smile and truly hospitable service. They are so very friendly! I love that they were involved locally in a Treasure Hunt hosted by the Loutit District Library to support Childhood Reading and Community area businesses. Truly delightful!

There is a homemade goodness that can certainly be appreciated about this place. The interior reminds me of an old school candy shop with cupcakes on pedestals with glasse coverings over them and glass cookie jars. It was very beautifully displayed. There is a back room where a small party could be held and displays of a variety of showcase cakes. We came in to try out some goodies before we decided on a large birthday cake for my mom. I had a lemon cupcake that I did feel was much too rich to finish, but the blueberry and white chocolate cookie was delicious. We did get to sample the cake again before it was made for my mom's party, and I would say it was just sweeter than I like my desserts to be. It was a coconut cake with pineapple filling, and almond frosting. It was a pretty fan shape, but I thought it would have some Chinese writing on it and got the Happy birthday message in a writing that looked more kiddish than professional. I have to say I was underwhelmed. The owner, Ellen is super nice and easy to work with, but I think she might have been taking too much on with having to fit our order in.
