Bidra med feedbackGot my order in fast time no issues other than one pertaining to quality of food. But this is by far the worst chalupa's I have had. Flavor is there but they are hard as a rock. Couldn't eat the main part that makes it a chalupa. Also no recipe was on or in bag how am I suppose to get points or dispute an issue.
The cashier was nice but wasn't too knowledgeable with some of the menu items. There was no suggestive selling but you could feel she was still learning and a bit nervous. We received our meal fairly quickly and actually got what we had ordered and everything tasted great. It could have been like my recent visit to mcdonalds where I was told to order on the kiosk after patently standing at the counter for over 15 min. Even if that was the case they should at least be able to acknowledge a customer standing at the counter.
First off didnt even get the steak burrito that was ordered it had no steak only hamburger even checked all of our food to make sure got wrong one to wrong person couldnt go back as we were on interstate headed back home. Their system for marking the tacos sucks! We got 3 meals and beside the obvious softshells we couldn't tell our other burritos apart! Could use a mark or something to let customer know what they got!
Went in ordered food. They were busy and I knew they were busy when I went in there I waited patiently it was like 10-15 minutes and I asked nicely where my order was at in line and the lady that was taking orders rudely snapped at me and I said I am working on it. Give me a break. After that I said why are u being rude to me I just asked a question she said well u just need to be patient. I then said I would like my money back and I will go somewhere else. Very rude experience at Taco Bell
Was extremely slow. Getting food to go from lobby. Food was good but don't plan on ever returning. Do not recommend.
