Bistro 743 - Grand Junction

Decided to have dinner and drinks at the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The blue Hawaiian was delicious and our waitress Dawn was very attentive! We had the calamari for an appetizer and unfortunately, I would not recommend this. The dipping sauce was good, however, the calamari was burnt, there were only about 6 actual rings and the rest were pieces of over fried batter and what looked like peppers? Terrible. They made up for it with the bbq smoked chicken pizza and chicken marsala. Both entrees were delicious. We ordered a dark chocolate mousse to take up to the room and the taste and presentation were outstanding.

Best place for a sit and chat with somebody completely random or get to know the amazing staff!

I gave one stars because some front desk worker named Ben Madison came into the restaurant and had the nerve to call me a creeper. Ruined the whole experience.... oh well, with a 12$ parking fee and front desk that bullies you based on your social standing, I will never be here again

Service was great. We ordered nachos and they were so so. But, somebody ordered the dessert and I was jealous. Hehe I totally enjoyed self and will be back.

Ok so we didn’t actually eat there but they catered an event on 11/11 and the food was probably the best meal I have ever eaten!The roasted carrots, garlic mashed potatoes and the beef were beyond perfection.Did I mention the best meal ever?
