Chick-fil-a - Grand Junction

This is one of the worst restaurants in the city! They don’t issue any refunds, even when the food is subpar. The staff seems so overwhelmed that they won’t even provide sauces when requested. Everything is thrown into a bag! It’s clear they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. I can’t support this place any longer; I’ve had enough. It’s really disappointing to pay for mediocre fried food and a small serving of sauce. Is that all there is to it?

Does anyone else notice that the containers of fries from this place are always half full? I can’t figure out whether the employees sample the food before it goes out the door, or if they’re just being cheap and trying to cut corners to save money on their customers.

I wasn't always a fan of Chick-fil-A. It used to be one of my favorite spots in the South Plains Mall in the 90s. However, after they moved out of the shopping centers, they lost some of their charm. Paying a premium for smaller portions wasn't as appealing. Now that I'm older, I can appreciate more than just the chicken tenders. The cob salad is fantastic—I love the toppings, and the corn adds a nice touch. The soup is also one of my favorites on the menu.

Came here twice in a week. on my trip I stayed here on the way to thever and on the way to home from thever. the best on this place? air conditioning. it was free and I loved it. eating was great. good consistent quality. the ease of work was so-so. One time here was great. 2 times our server on the register was not very friendly.

Chick fil A is always on point. The thing I love is no matter where in the country we are, the quality of the food is always top notch. We never have to worry about getting a meal that will be substantially different from one location to the next. Our go to restaurant any time we find one in the proximity to where we are or along the route we’re traveling.
