Crazee Crab - Grand Prairie

The shrimps are not clean at all. I opened 5 shrimps in a row and they were all not cleaned at all. Very careless and waste of money. Now I see why they do not offer refunds on seafood with problems. They would refund half the orders. I came shortly before graduation and got an execution. I called the shrimps, but they were closed. I will return with the bag in the morning, because for the expensive prices this is completely unacceptable. I will follow my customer service experience.

Tried to have dinner, but we walked out! Music was way too load, we waited 20 minutes for our drinks, and then the waitress notified us our drinks were given to other customers at the bar. We walked out, never going back. This place used to be good, don’t know what happened!

Look. I really, really wanted to give this place a better rating. The food was really good, much better than expected even. The momma's chicken was crispy, our blackened shrimp poboy was delicious. The Mac and cheese was on point. The sweet potato fries were the best. Only the dirty rice was lacking. The food came out relatively quickly.However, it was some of the worst service I've ever received. The location was not busy, yet it took more than ten minutes for our server to acknowledge us. Once our order was taken, he only came back long after the meal was finished. We asked for to-go containers, which were brought, but were completely ignored after. After fifteen minutes, my wife caught the server's eye and asked for our ticket. He just stared, confusedly. She repeated the request, at which point he walked away and grabbed a broom and began sweeping the floor. Now confused ourselves, we decided to ask the server waiting the table next to us for our ticket. She just walked on by, and we weren't being subtle.Quite frustrated, I just went to the bar and asked. A different person brought it and we paid quickly.However, 40 of the 60+ minutes of our visit we're spent just trying to get the attention of the wait staff. If you don't mind this, the food is well worth it.

There was only one server for the whole place. It wasn't busy . There was several unbiased tables around. The server (sorry I didn't get her name)Came and sat us , waited on us took exceptional care of us, all while attending door,delivering food,mixing drinks , cashing people out, and did this all with a brilliant smile an attitude. Food came out hot and extremely tasty,Great experience here

I should have checked the menu before trusting the many vegetarian options label. Not. When I asked server, she offered shrimp crab. Well, those aren 't meat, but they aren 't vegetarian. I ordered a vegetarian boil (potatoes corn). It was delicious and the service was good, so the visit wasn 't a disappointment.
