Domino's Pizza - Grand Prairie

WORST 1ST TIME EXPERIENCE EVER! We (used) order Dominos at least once a week and the location in Mansfield off Holland was our business that was delivered. NIE had a problem with them. Then this store opened and they are closer to our house so we need to use it. Our first order, the delivery time is pushed back again and again. When we reached the 2 hours mark, I called the store to get the status. I was told that they were short drivers and he couldn't tell me how much longer we delivered. I canceled the order and was suddenly suspended. They were there in 30 minutes. I called a few days later to see if I could talk to the manager, Jose. He didn't want to talk to me because the store was not open (I called at 10:15, shop opens at 10:30) and told me to call back after 10:30. I asked why he couldn't talk back then and he said he was rushing and hanging up on me again! Horribler customer service. If you're underoccupied, you shouldn't have opened until you've been full. Or alerts people when they order over the late period rather than just postpone the delivery time. We will now call in our orders to Holland and pick them up from this business, as I refuse to do business with this bad management and customer service.

Ordered a pizza over an 1.5hrs ago.. decided that I would have it delivered... its been an hour and I don't have my pizza and not to mention I paid 30.00 for a 14 large and a 2 liter. I called and Im hold for almost 25min. I will never do business withthis establishment ever again. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I'm sure the owner is aware of the service that'snot being provided. So I decided to drive there and the kids in there are talking and joking about what they were doing whenthey get off. Not one time did they look up to greet me or the two people that came in after me. The small waiting room wascrowded and everyone in there was frustrated. I get in my car and drive back home and decided to track my hour and 35 minutesago ordered pizza and it's still showing being processed the first cell. I can't even get anyone to come to the phone to issueme a refund! So I drive back there after making a complaint with the online complaint only to find out no one was going toreply because its automated. I did get my refund only to find out that Tim had not even placed my own line order. DO NOT ORDERFROM THIS PLACE DURING THE WEEKEND!!!!!!

Craving pizza, i went into this dominos with my mom and sisters. With at least 5 workers inside, not one person had talked to us. I was waiting for 10 minutes to place an order and nobody did anything. A lady said ?ill get you soon? but we stood therefor so long to the point where we just left. Call me a Karen if you want, but not being served when multiple workers look at youand not say anything is really stressful especially when you have 2 hungry kids.
