Buffalo Wild Wings - Grand Rapids

This is an excellent Buffalo Wild Wings! It's very well managed, and the service was outstanding!

Our experience at the restaurant was frustrating. We waited 20 minutes for our server to take our drink order, and it took another 10 minutes just to get a glass of water, even though it wasn’t busy. After that, when we placed our food order, it took an hour for our meals to arrive. When our food finally came, it was barely warm. We also asked for salt and ketchup, but they never arrived. To top it off, we waited half an hour for more drinks. When we paid with cash, the server didn’t give us our change. Overall, we were very disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant.

They don’t accept reservations, which has been a common complaint for years. You would think that BW3 would address this issue after receiving so much feedback. I read several comments before deciding to book here, and it seems that this has been a recurring concern for quite some time. Fortunately, even though it was New Year's Eve, they weren't too busy.

Not the walker one. I sent a separate email regarding our visit the next day. They did not accept reservations via the open table app and our server argued over the specials.

Well I called to see if they had “call ahead seating “ and was told to download your app. So I did and when I got there and guy didn’t even know what I was talking about. So we waited way to long instead of taking care of us! After just flying in from Ft. Myers I was highly disappointed ‘
