Bidra med feedbackDuring my latest visit to the restaurant, I ordered two club sandwiches and a frosty lemonade. However, when I approached the window, the staff called out the wrong order name. I corrected her, and she acknowledged it but still quoted me the wrong amount after taking my card. To make matters worse, she began to hand me the incorrect order. When I reiterated the correct name, she turned to her support team for help and mentioned that they had said yes to other names. At this point, I decided that it wasn't worth returning, as this was my third visit and each time there had been an issue with my order.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! It was clean, organized, and very pleasant. The staff was exceptional. The children's play area was spotless, well-lit, and a big hit with the kids. It was great to see so many children having fun before and after their meals in the playroom. There was plenty of parking available, and the area was well-lit. As for accessibility, everything was seamless—navigating the space was easy and convenient, with no issues at all.
The efficiency of Chick-fil-A is impressive. It's a place I frequently visit. It's the only restaurant where I have the patience to wait in line with 15 cars ahead of me. I also appreciate that they close for one day each week.
Go fast. hot and fresh food. they were distracted by our golden retriever that hangs out the window and forgot to return my card. I should have remembered, but I was hungry. they send it to me as well as it worked! thank you.
Ordered for a curbside p/u and didn’t receive 3 orders of French fries and I did not realize until getting home. My mistake. Called and was not offered a refund only a redeemable reward, which was perfectly fine. However, I only received a reward for a cookie a day later.
