Bidra med feedbackMy first time is trying JP. I'm at the fence. It's pretty expensive. $50 for two pizzas and nachos. We picked up the food. The best taste was the South Pacific pizza. Flavor's complicated. The Pprk Pig Pizza was okay, but not great. The pizzas seemed dry and chew. We also have the Red Chicken Nachos. The sauce was pale, but the chicken had a good taste, but it didn't stand out. Overall, I was not impressed for the price.
Probably the BEST pizza I?ve ever had! Wings I?d like a little crispier but still tasty! Great, friendly service, fun atmosphere.
I stayed twice last week and sat at the bar both times. The bartenders were extraordinary! They made good beer recommendations based on my taste. I loved one of the beers I tried and took a vintage bottle home with me! As for food, I loved the Perfect Fried Chicken Sandwich! The pimples are my favorite combination on a fried chicken sando, and they nailed it. The Dill Pickle Speer on the side had a good crunch and a beautiful spicy kick, and the curry chips were also good. Update: The Pickle Pizza is also great!
Love the unique pizzas here (as well as the classics)! The pizza is Neapolitan style with a thinish chewy but crispy crust and it?s just amazing. My favorite pizza is the Bridge Street Vegan (roasted balsamic veggies, hummus, and kale chips on top) and my husband loves the South Pacific (candied pineapple, fresh jalapeño, black sesame seeds, pickled onion). Salads are also great too. There are just so many great options here and you can?t go wrong! And they always have seasonal cocktails which are amazing and well crafted.
Overall, I liked the place itself, and most everyone seemed to have good food. It was just my plate, and the other fried chicken sandwich plate that suffered. I would suggest that if you are a chicken person, absolutely do not order the fried chicken sandwich. The chicken was very dry and over fried, and the oil tasted old. The bun for the chicken sandwich, was not the same as the soft bun they used for their burgers, what a bummer, instead they used a very dry and crumbly bun that was so dry it soaked up all the dressings, making this the dryest chicken sandwich I think I've ever had. I'm not saying I won't give this place another try, but I am saying I won't ever give the chicken another chance, or anything that involves the fryer at this location.
