K-rok Korean Barbecue Karaoke

If you're looking for tasty food in a unique dining atmosphere, this is the spot for you! However, don't expect exceptional service or reasonably priced drinks. The servers were friendly, but they could use some improvement in explaining the menu and available options. Overall, it was a nice experience for a one-time visit.

I had a fantastic time at the restaurant! It was a bit chaotic since they are still new, but the food and drinks were excellent. The karaoke room was a bit on the small side but incredibly fun! The staff was wonderful, with the exception of one person.

Once seated, the servers seemed completely unfamiliar with the menu. One even asked me for the Korean name for the pork shoulder, which I found confusing since it was clearly labeled on the menu. When our meats arrived, I had to ask which dish was which, and again, none of the servers could provide an answer without going off to check with someone else. The food itself was delicious! However, I had to request refills on drinks and sauce at least five times before anyone finally brought them—after most of our meal had been consumed. It seemed like no one was assigned to our table, so different staff would randomly come by, making it a hit-or-miss situation when it came to getting what we needed. The first staff member I asked for sauce refills only brought them after we had already paid the bill and our food was being packaged up. Overall, a frustrating experience despite the excellent food.

Love the meat portion and everything tasted good! Wish there were more variety of banchans, but every kbbq is different. Overall it was yummy!

The service needs improvement. The food was excellent.
