Little Caesars - Grand Rapids

Through drive-in it was fast and easy to go and my pizza and was happy, the participant was really good and happy

I just went for a hot n Ready Pfefferoni pizza tonight. For the second time in a row, I received a low-light pizza, very dry and always hard. If you order a hot pizza, it is such a disappointment if it does not meet expectations. Staff were very nice, but they have to judge better when throwing away pizzas that are not worthy to pay customers. And I went at 5:00 when you thought pizza was fresh and hot.

The last 4(! Sometimes I went to this place where I waited and was not served! The first couple I waited in the line at 19:30 saw everyone going in front of me with 2 pizzas and bread, I got onto the window and was told to close them in about 25 minutes and they don't feel like more pizzas! What? They close at random times. I went the other day, waited, rose to the window and was told that they were only online orders, if I wanted to place one, I could have a hot and READY in 30 minutes.

Customer service at this point is great! They work so hard and the food quality is always excellent!

Little smeeze is great. They are very short staffed and they try their very best to make a devine dining experience.
