Dairy Queen - Grande Prairie

That's the worst customer service I've ever had. We ordered a combo meal on the drive thru and the lady who helped us was so rude and loud! We politely asked the order and answered without a way and told us to pay first. I was shocked with what we just heard! We felt like stealing the food we ordered! Maybe next time you learn how to treat your customers! complain about it, but no actions have been done! Although the superior offers us an ice cream to make it, but rather to talk to the owner of the company. We will never order from this place again!

The restaurant has a typical DQ atmosphere with young children working behind the counter. It gets very busy in the summer and the drive-thru is often my choice when visiting. It is located on the outskirts of the city center with good access to parking. The ice cream is cold and the burgers are hot.

We loved the fresh chicken tongue stripe combo at this restaurant. It was delicious and reasonably priced. We enjoyed a meal, a drink, and an ice cream all for just $5! We will definitely be returning.

I took my daughter to this restaurant for a meal. It was quite crowded, but we were served quickly. The food was tasty and the ice cream was delicious. The staff was not overly friendly but not rude either. The place could use a bit of cleaning up.

Usually order a #1...burger and fries are very good. Service is prompt and friendly. Their blizzards are yummy.
