I received my order, but even though I specifically requested the Chicago cut, I got the regular cut instead. My box clearly indicates that it was supposed to be the Chicago cut. Now my plans for this meal are completely thrown off...
They don’t honor the promo codes that I receive via email. The website has become chaotic for online orders. I'm quite frustrated and will be taking my business elsewhere.
I've had a great experience every time, especially with the food and service.
