Small Sundaes are becoming smaller and smaller. And now they charge for Pup cups??? If I had wanted an ice cream for children, I would have ordered it, but I just want a puppet player. It becomes more and more difficult to share with a German shepherd. Chicken strips, engraving and pommes were hot and fresh this trip. The little portions knocked off a few stars

We really liked the new Oreo dirt cake blizzard so I went through tonight and I bought 3 large blizzards (total of $25 dollars). Not a single gummy worm!! and no fudge! ? If the ingredients are not available I think it is important for the employee to let the customer know that! Feeling a little jipped... maybe it was just forgotten but None the less for the amount I expect everything to be included

I went this past Tuesday night, and overall the food was great. The two girls that were working were nice and polite. The only issue was that they were too busy telling each other stories to make my food or get my drinks. One fo them held my drink cup for a couple of minutes, while having a conversation before getting my drink. When I saw that my order was ready and the food was bagged up, they held onto it once again, until they finished their conversation. Overall, great food and very polite. But time management could be a bit better.

This Dairy Queen will literally lie to your face. I?ve ordered the Royal Blizzard that?s suppose to have fudge in the middle of it, 4 times they haven?t put it in there and said they did.

I am getting sick and tired of paying $1.25 for extra gravy and the containers are constantly a quarter to half full. If this is what you?re going to do from now on, make the extra gravy free. Both of these cups equal one cup. This happens a lot. I let it go the first couple times but now, nope I?m done.
