Daylight Donuts - Granite City

I really like this restaurant, but when I visited today, Monday, November 7th, at 10:45 AM, it was closed. There was no sign indicating their hours of operation, but Google stated they should have been open until 11:30 AM.

I was referred to fix the HVAC system and decided to grab breakfast while I was there. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit along with a coffee and a pinecone cinnamon donut. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious, all in a welcoming and family-friendly environment. I’ll definitely be back!

The donuts are consistently delicious, and the kids absolutely adore them. The staff is friendly and always remembers you, even if it's been a while since your last visit.

I stopped by rather late around 9am the other day and the case was almost empty but I did manage to get a few good ones! Including their delicious apple fritter! They don't just use cinnamon but a unique winter spice blend that tastes amazing! Alltheir donuts I tried were incredibly soft and light! I'll have to stop in again to try a few more varieties! This is a fantasticlittle Donut shop!
