Jimmy John's - Granite City

Live less than 2 miles away, did an online order for delivery only to find out I had to pick up Becuase they did not deliver 'on the west side' bad service and the manager would not even be on the phone. They had the employees who spoke for them!

Best cold cut sandwiches! And less than 2 minutes from entering you have your order.

Sandwiches are good, but the bread is tough, you have to tear away with your teeth. Also they overload you sandwich with lettuce and barley any meat. Bread should be softer and more meat. Your paying for the meat not the lettuce.

We really enjoy the sandwiches at Jimmy John's. They consistently do a great job preparing our food, although they often forget to include pickles with our orders, even when we ordered last weekend! I called them about it once, and they probably noted my name, but I always forget to mention it when I come back, so I don’t want to bother them again. Overall, they perform better than many other places. The only major downside is that eating at Jimmy John's can be a bit pricey.

Everything was spotless! The service was quick and friendly! I loved my sandwich; it was delicious!
