Burnett Dairy Cooperative - Grantsburg

I've noticed this place on my trips from Minnesota to visit my friend in Webster, Wisconsin. Later on, my partner picked up their scorpion cheddar cheese from a local store, and we tried it tonight. It's enjoyable in small quantities. From the first bite, I was hit with the heat of the scorpion peppers. It was very spicy; I had three thin slices and ended up with tears in my eyes! It's a bit too spicy for my liking, but it’s definitely good quality cheese!

I absolutely loved this restaurant! I stumbled upon it while driving back home to Kansas from visiting family in Cable, WI. If you're looking for some incredible Wisconsin cheese, this is the spot for you. We will definitely make it a point to stop here the next time we're passing through. The staff and the other customers were very friendly too. Thank you!

Who doesn't adore Burnett Dairy? It embodies the essence of Wisconsin! Be sure to sample the squeaky cheese. It's typically located near the registers and tends to sell out daily, so be sure to get some while you can!
