Hooters - Grapevine

The girls were great and service was good, it was a while ago, but the roasted and smoked wings with the dry rod are great, they have not before! My only complaint is that the wings are small, I have 12 and would have ordered more, but a little expensive.

Mayra was fabulous and an amazing bartender who smiled at me all the time. Even if she made me hula hoop. She is definitely the highlight of my day! Thank you, Mayra!

My mates and I went to those hooters when I was home and our server was Sarah. She was the most professional and interactive and intelligent server we had. She was funny and polite and made our dinner very funny! If you go to this place, I recommend asking Sarah as your server!

I guess I should have read the reviews before I get here? Sheesh. I wouldn't say it was the worst service I ever had, but definitely Top 5. Not sure the name of the waitress since she didn't introduce herself, but the entrance said India. Didn't want to be there or did not want to serve us, not sure what. Gain feedback to the manager after we paid and it was somehow treated as ok, how can I compensate you. Not looking for compensation?

I am at hooters , with party of 10 people, and i asked for warm water in Glass Glass instead of plastic glass And the waitress went to bar and came back with an answer of that they cant serve me water in Glass Glass, only in plastic glass I?ve been coming to hooters and i have never heard this policy It is very upset There goes my tip and visiting this location ever Or actually Hooters in General It is unheard of that waters cant be provided , as per policy in Glass Glass , they can only do plastic glass or styrofoam Cup ???? Stupid Policy, and uncourteous waitress, Bad bad bad Experience With Pandemic and they r not welcoming customer with warm heart but with stupid and unreasonable policies
